Description
The PTT pressure temperature transducer packages two technologies into a single device. One for regulating manifold absolute pressure (MAP) and the other to monitor manifold inlet air temperature with exceptional accuracy and linearity. The sensor improves system level performance while enhancing fuel monitoring efficiency and ensuring compliance to EPA regulations.
Piezoresistive technology (PRT) provides pressure sensing advantages, coupled with low cost ASIC circuitry bringing flexibility and simple customization to customer applications. Response times less than 10 ms and accuracy ±1% from 20 °C to 90 °C [68 °F to 194 °F].
The transducer is built per customer specification with wide pressure ranges, adjustable NTC characteristic and pressure accuracy providing improved system level performance.
