Designed specifically to provide extremely accurate web measurement of web tension so that running tension corrections can be made (for example, using the Digital Tension Controller). These Strain Gauge Tension Sensing Transducers are available in multiple load ratings of 50 lbs, 75 lbs, 100 lbs, 150 lbs, and 200 lbs ratings, with or without flange mounts. They are ruggedly constructed, robust units specifically designed to endure production environments. The units have excellent thermal linearity and histerisis characteristics and dual sealing. The design allows for roll misalignment and thermal expansion with 360 degree overload protection. Standard connection positions at (3) (6) & (9) o'clock, flange can be rotated to any position for orientation, small size allows for economy of space, extremely resistant to rust and corrosion, sealed against damage caused by dust and other contaminants. These units are designed to be installed quickly and easily with virtually no maintenance. They provide accurate, reliable and a long life for measuring actual web tension to facilitate running of correct tension.
