New patented crimp-style fitting system makes inherently reliable braided steel hose assemblies. It extends hose life - no heat is applied. & resists corrosion more than welded assemblies. Crimp-Tite™eliminates welding costs & is faster. with consistent results, delivering premium-grade hose economically, compared to non-metallic or fluoropolymer plastic products. (read more)
Ultrasonic metal welding is sometimes called "cold welding" because it works without melting the metals. It cleans and welds at temperatures lower than the melting point of the metals. Ultrasonic metal welding most commonly joins nonferrous metals, but can also be used with other metals, such as when welding aluminum to ceramics. (read more)
DUKANE INTRODUCES NEW DUAL SERVO SPIN WELDERS
The Dual Servo Spin welder is designed for welding circular parts that have a tight tolerance requirement for both the orientation between the parts being welded and the overall final welded assembly height. (read more)
The 512 Beamer is a new design of electron beam welder taking advantage of all the latest developments in the fields of electronic control systems, high voltage power supplies, vacuum technology and electron gun design. They are manufactured in the USA and is available in 3 sizes - 512 Beamer (12" Chamber), 518 Beamer (18" Chamber) and the 524 Beamer (24" chamber). (read more)
Thermocouple Welder for heavier wire capability from DCC Corp. The HotSpot II can handle wire pairs as heavy as #14 gauge. It can also close larger tubes than standard units as well as light duty stud welding as an aid in wire harness attachment and in insulation blanket installation. (read more)
