Impingement Tray Scrubbers

Jet Venturi Scrubbers
Jet Venturi scrubbers are particularly suited to gas flows which have a high turndown requirement. That is, where the gas flow varies. Since the water is pumped under pressure into the system with a high flow, variations in gas flow have very little impact on performance. (read more)
VTS Venturi Scrubber
Venturi Scrubbers reliable design utilizes open pipe liquid introduction, a vertical throat, and a flooded elbow inlet to the cyclonic separator. Open pipes will not plug like high pressure spray nozzles if large particulate enters the recycle system and are able to accommodate a high solids concentration.
