Industrial ovens are batch or continuous process enclosures or tunnels that are insulated and used for thermal processing. Ovens are lower temperature (usually < 1400° F) thermal processing units, usually without refractory insulation
Search by Specification | Learn MoreProcess dryers are used to remove liquids or moisture from bulk solids, powders, parts, continuous sheets or other liquids by evaporation or sublimation.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreVacuum ovens are heat-treating ovens that use a low atmospheric pressure instead of a protective gas atmosphere. This helps to alleviate surface reactions.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreLaboratory ovens are used in a variety of thermal processing applications including general lab work, component and stability testing, core hardening, drying glassware, and sterilizing.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreThermal oxidizers and catalytic oxidizers are used to destroy volatile organic compounds (VOC) in process gases
Search by Specification | Learn MoreSelective catalytic reduction (SCR) systems inject ammonia into boiler flue gas and pass it through a catalyst bed where the nitrogen oxide gas (NOx) and ammonia react to form nitrogen and water vapor
Learn MoreChemical and material processing services modify or produce chemicals, powders, foods, minerals, rubber, plastics, adhesives, and other bulk materials on a contractual, toll or fee basis. Common processes include compounding, distillation, drying, formulation, mixing, blending, purification, extraction, synthesis, and powder milling
Search by Specification | Learn MoreSample dryers are used to remove liquids from a sample through techniques such as freeze drying, spray drying, and evaporation
Learn MoreIndustrial furnaces are built of several kinds of high temperature (refractory) materials to hold the process material and hold in the heat without breaking down during the several months that they usually run.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreChemical manufacturing and synthesis services providers manufacture or synthesize organic or inorganic chemicals on a contract basis.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreInfrared heaters use a reflective shield to direct radiant heat onto a heated surface.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreThermal profilers are temperature instruments or recorders that provide temperature profiles for furnaces, kilns, or other continuous thermal processes.
Learn MoreMaterials processing services providers manufacture mechanically or thermally process metals, ceramics, polymers, glasses or other materials on a contract basis.
Search by Specification | Learn MorePowder coating equipment is used to spray resin powder onto the surface of a pre-heated component, where the powder fuses and cures producing a protective coating.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreIndustrial kilns are very high temperature thermal processing units that are used for firing ceramics or calcining minerals.

Glenro's high velocity hot air impingement industrial drying oven is used to dry a waterbased silicone finish on spunbonded polyester nonwoven web. High velocity hot air impingement speeds drying despite the web's wet pick-up. A mechanical subsystem raises the dryer's upper cap allowing complete access to the product web. It includes a complete control package and comes prewired and prepiped. (read more)
This Glenro industrial drying oven dries solvent-based ink on food packaging film. The drying oven allows high-speed processing without damaging the film web. The process dryer measures 40 inches long by 48 inches wide by 48 inches high. Power controls and operator interface components are built into a NEMA 12 enclosure, which includes a ventilation blower, wire ways, and number coding of leads. (read more)
Wisconsin Oven manufactures web and strip cure ovens, where steel, aluminum, plastic, or paper is processed as a continuous web onto which a coating or paint is applied. (read more)
The Model ADP-21 and ADP-31 vacuum drying ovens greatly simplify the heating of samples at pressures below atmospheric. Both temperature set and readout are controlled and monitored digitally with a fast and accurate display of operating parameters. (read more)

It is now common for siding to be factory finished with machine applied coatings. Infratrol has developed a system to force dry these boards and panels using transfer conveyors and high velocity, convected air ovens. The system shown above is designed to process "wood and fiber cement" products with measurements up to a maximum of 48" wide or 24' long or 4" high. A typical system is based upon ... (read more)
Three Zone Oven with One Zone of Ambient Cooling and One Zone of Chilled Cooling used to dry inks on aluminum sheets. All three oven heat zones utilize a heat exchanger to heat fresh air to the parts. To eliminate any dirt particles from being deposited onto the sheets and all fresh intake air is filtered and is exhausted instead of being recirculated. All oven zones, cooling zones and conveyor...
