It is no longer necessary to weld pipes on-site for power generation, chemical, water works, sewage treatment plants, etc. Align and weld pipes, flanges and fittings in-house using modular fixturing. Adapter plates that orient flange bores are plugged right into the fixturing system grid pattern. "Out-of-plane" does not have to mean "out of tolerance" any more.

Standard columns up to 13' long can be mounted vertically on the welding table or joined horizontally to each other.
