Tooling Services from Signicast
The Corporate Tooling Center offers full in-house engineering assistance, from part design to tool completion, including CAD/CAM design, CMM capabilities, and fixturing. These in-house capabilities make it possible to provide new tooling quickly – to help keep things moving for rapid turnaround times. (read more)
TOOLING & PROTOTYPING
Our in house tooling department specializes in polyester and epoxy molds. The tools are used in cold molding, resin transfer, and open molding.
These processes are ideal for lower volume orders, where inexpensive tooling is desirable. The department also constructs all of our gages and fixtures. (read more)
Rapid Tooling
Rapid Tooling ProtoCAM offers a "one stop shop" for injection molded plastic product prototyping. We take your concept, design all necessary parts, produce prototypes, design the injection tooling, and provide final production parts. Our Rapid Tooling Department Staff consists of toolmakers with over 80 years experience, as well as 2 plastic engineering graduates from PA State University. (read more)
