Temperature instruments use contact or noncontact methods to measure temperature. Products include dial, digital, industrial and laboratory thermometers; temperature probes, indicators, and sensors; RTD elements and transmitters; and thermistors, thermocouples, thermopiles, and thermal switches.
Thermostats and thermal switches are electro-mechanical on/off switches that are activated by temperature changes. They are typically used to control heating and cooling systems
Search by Specification | Learn MoreThis is a general search form for all types of industrial heaters, devices which are available in a variety of sizes, shapes, and heating configurations.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreCylindrical ceramic fiber heaters consist of an iron-chrome-aluminum (ICA) heating element and a thick layer of ceramic fiber insulation within a cylinder-shaped housing.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreIndustrial furnaces are built of several kinds of high temperature (refractory) materials to hold the process material and hold in the heat without breaking down during the several months that they usually run.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreFlexible heaters are devices that can be molded to the shape of a heated object.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreExplosion proof heaters are constructed with housings that can withstand explosions, protecting the materials being heated. This classification may also include housings, which can withstand sparking and flames.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreTubular heaters are generally used in custom heating applications. Base (tubular) heating elements can be bent into standard or custom shapes.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreFlange and screw plug immersion heaters are used in applications that require immersing the heater in the substance to be heated.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreInduction heaters use an electrical source to drive alternating current (AC) through a coil to heat metal objects.

Search by Specification | Learn MoreCondensers are refrigeration devices that accept vaporized refrigerant from an evaporator and then compress and liquefy it for use in the system.
Learn MoreDensity and specific gravity instruments are meters used to determine density and specific gravity.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreRTD temperature probes convert the RTD resistance measurement to a current signal, eliminating the problems inherent in RTD signal transmission via lead resistance.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreThermistors are thermally-sensitive devices whose electrical resistance varies with temperature. Unlike RTDs and thermocouples, thermistors do not have standards associated with their resistance vs. temperature characteristics or curves

Immersion Thermostats and Immersion Thermostat switches from Thermtrol. Immersion thermostats are thermally sensitive bi-metallic switches housed in a rugged brass or stainless steel case. The switches are manufactured to either make or break an electrical circuit at a factory pre-set temperature and they reset automatically on cooling. (read more)
Probe Thermostats, Sealed Brass Probe Thermostats from Thermtrol Corporation Thermtrol manufactures sealed brass and stainless steel probe thermostats to sense air or fluid temperatures in automotive, compressor, and heavy equipment applications. Numerous package, switch, and termination designs are available. (read more)
New Brunswick Scientific's ultra-low temperature laboratory freezers are exceptionally energy efficient, quiet running and reliable, with a 25-year track record of providing safe and dependable sample storage. We now offer over a dozen lab freezer models and two product ranges to accommodate a wide variety of storage needs. (read more)
Humphrey Products has introduced a new MINI-MIZER valve with a working temperature rating down to -50° F (-45° C). This extends the capability of these valves, making them ideal for harsh environments where low leak performance is critical. (read more)
A Low-cost creep-action thermostat with crimp connections for fast, easy termination. Available in same end (Model A) or opposite (Model AA) configurations. Designed for use on low-current, 120 VAC loads. (read more)
A snap-action, self-hold thermostat for motor and appliance applications. In a fault condition, the Model JS opens the circuit, and an internal heat source holds it open until power is removed, and the unit is allowed to cool. The thermostat then resets, allowing continued operation. (read more)
Perfect for applications where precision control and extreme long life is required. Narrow differential, availability of low temperature settings (to -10C), and an environmental seal make this switch ideal for medical, refrigeration, freezing, and heating products. (read more)
Process thermostats for thermostating in an extremely wide temperature range from -90 up to 300 °C. With their high heating, cooling and pump capacities, LAUDA Integral XT process thermostats create a new thermostating dimension in process engineering. The basic principle comprises a circulation thermostat with a very small internal volume and non-perfused expansion vessel. (read more)
A low-cost creep-action thermostat offering the same mounting flexibility as the Model E. Designed for 120 VAC small-appliance and other heated applications, with a higher current rating and higher calibration range than the Model E. (read more)
