Environmental test chambers and rooms are used to ensure the reliability of industrial products, especially electronic items, through prolonged exposure to one or more environmental parameters.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreIndustrial shelters are buildings or structures that are designed to house and protect instrumentation or personnel. Examples include booths, cabinets, coolers, garages, mezzanines, racks, shelves, and walk-in enclosures
Search by Specification | Learn MoreIndustrial storage products include cabinets, containers, coolers, carousels, garages, hoppers, lockers, mezzanines, racks, shelves, shelters, storage tanks, and walk-in enclosures
Search by Specification | Learn MoreIndustrial furnaces are built of several kinds of high temperature (refractory) materials to hold the process material and hold in the heat without breaking down during the several months that they usually run.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreVacuum ovens are heat-treating ovens that use a low atmospheric pressure instead of a protective gas atmosphere. This helps to alleviate surface reactions.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreCoating and spray booths are enclosures used to contain spray coating processes such as painting, powder coating, thermal spraying, and other deposition methods. This category includes hoods, cabinets, tunnels and similar enclosures
Search by Specification | Learn MoreIndustrial refrigerators are designed to maintain stored items below room temperature, but above the freezing point of water. Industrial freezers are designed to keep their contents below the freezing point of water (32 degrees Fahrenheit).
Learn MoreScrubbers are machines used to clean large surface areas such as walkways, roads, factory floors and parking areas.
Learn MoreLaboratory refrigerators and laboratory freezers are used to cool or freeze samples for preservation.
Learn MoreCryogenic equipment produces or is used in the production of very low temperature materials or processes.
Learn MoreLaboratory ovens are used in a variety of thermal processing applications including general lab work, component and stability testing, core hardening, drying glassware, and sterilizing.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreVacuum furnaces are heat-treating furnaces that use a low atmospheric pressure instead of a protective gas atmosphere. This helps to alleviate surface reactions.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreIndustrial covers, tarps and wraps are used to protect machinery, pallets, and building materials from exposure to weather, sunlight, and other environmental conditions. Covers can be rigid or flexible.
Learn MoreAutomated assembly services provide machinery and systems designed to automate the production assembly process.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreIndustrial ovens are batch or continuous process enclosures or tunnels that are insulated and used for thermal processing. Ovens are lower temperature (usually < 1400° F) thermal processing units, usually without refractory insulation.

Associated Environmental Systems offers a range of prefabricated, tight-tolerance environmental walk-in rooms that are easy to ship and install. Major features include: (read more)
Our panelized walk-in chambers use urethane-foam panels that lock together with cam latches. This is the same construction used for walk-in coolers in restaurants and supermarkets, but of a higher quality. The panels we use have a stainless steel interior skin to be stronger and impervious to extreme conditions. (read more)
PGC has been providing high quality walk-in chambers since the mid-1970's. These environmental chambers have applications in diverse disciplines such as pharmaceutical stability testing, TAPPI and ASTM testing, biological and biotechnological research, electronics, and many other applications. (read more)
Russells walk-in modular temperature and humidity chambers allow manufacturers to see how their product will perform in 10% to 95% relative humdity, although temperature and humidity levels can be customized. We've designed our test chambers to be configurable into a wide variety of temperature and humidity testing modes. (read more)
Stability walk-in rooms are an ESPEC North America specialty, designed for light-duty testing or long-term steady-state evaluation of pharmaceuticals and other products. (read more)
Bluff Walk Ramps feature twin-tooth decks for better traction when traveling in either direction, and a strong, lightweight aluminum construction for portability and convenience. (read more)
Most walk-in chambers are limited to 85°C or less, but EWS "solid" models can go to 150°C to accommodate extreme test conditions. Also desirable for temperature-cycling faster than 10°C/min. (read more)
ESPEC's Solid Walk-in chambers have all the features needed to test all solar applications. EWS chambers are solid, one-piece construction, using high-temperature fiberglass. The strength of a solid chamber allows a full-opening door for easy loading of large solar arrays without restriction of smaller openings. (read more)
Maximum Temperature: 450°F, 650°F, 850°F
TRENT Horizontal Air Recirculation Walk-in Ovens are ideal for achieving temperature uniformity in the work chamber. The recirculating fan is located at the rear of the oven behind a baffle. The fan draws air around and through the work load horizontally with circulation from front to back (read more)
Wisconsin Oven's enhanced walk-in ovens (EWN) are ideal for composite curing, heat treatment, and curing powder coatings. They are available in 55 standard sizes with either gas or electric heat. Each of Wisconsin Oven's enhanced walk-in batch ovens meet FM, IRI, NEC and NFPA 70 and 86 recommendations. (read more)
