When tearing down Jet engines & Bradley Fighting Machine transmission for overhaul and repair the parts must go through extensive cleaning. Jenfab's machines throughly clean these components using Environmentally Friendly Aqueous Chemistry to remove burnt on carbon, grease and road dirt. The parts are cleaned-rinsed and dried in preparation for overhaul and repair. (read more)
A lightweight adhesive solution for injection into the hollow outlet guide vanes of gas turbine engines on commercial aircraft. The vanes are made of titanium and ensure that air is directed through an engine via the optimum path. The syntactic is designed to absorb vibrational energy over a wide operational temperature range and provide improved foreign object damage tolerance (read more)
Alloy X is often used for welding on jet engine parts such as jet engine tailpipes, afterburner components, cabin heaters and combustion chamber liners (read more)
Water jet cutting uses a jet of water so powerful that it cuts cleanly and precisely through material in a single pass without shredding or crushing. (read more)
These 3-axes and 5-axis systems principally are produced in dimensions according to the customers' requirements. Standard sizes range from 2x4' to 11x12'. Utilizing KMT Waterjet Systems Intensifer, we can provide 60,000 psi continuous presure. Rapid travels of 12,000 in/min. Allowing 20% faster cut times! We also provide custom turn key applications for food, paper, and other various industries. (read more)
Machinepier 's other advanced cutting technology is Water Jet Cutting, it is a "Green technology" and produce no hazardous waste . By Water Jet cutter , we can cut the materials without interfering . Its effects of heat allows metals to be cut without harming or changing intrinsic properties. (read more)
What is so dynamic about our in-house water jet machine is the enormous amount of cutting opportunity that it offers. The two Ingersoll-RandĀ® heads direct sprays of 50 000 psi towards the 5' x 10' cutting surface. Having such intense pressure through an orifice of only 0.005 inches gives us the ability to cut through almost any rubber compound with pinpoint accuracy! (read more)
WATER JET CUTTING Water jet Cutting is ideal for many foam, rubber, plastic, insulation and woven materials. With an extremely fine cutting stream (down to 0.004" or 0.1mm) very tight nesting and therefore good material yields can be obtained. Waterjet is great for stack cutting, with thickness up to 6" commonly achieved. (read more)
The ability to combine through hole features and channels in material is usually not a consideration for abrasive water jet cutting. There was a recent application that made it necessary to start developing the process. (read more)
