Sanders and sanding machines are used to finish wood, plastic or composites through the application of abrasive belts, discs or sheets
Search by Specification | Learn MoreWoodworking tools are used to cut, shape or carve wood
Learn MoreCoated abrasives are used for abrading, smoothing, or polishing.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreFlap wheels and specialty abrasives includes cartridge rolls, cross pads, sleeves, unitized or convolute wheels, interleaved flaps, flap discs and other specialized abrasive products converted from coated or nonwoven abrasives.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreAbrasive belts consist of abrasive grain adhered onto the surface of a cloth, film, paper, non-woven or other backing.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreAbrasive discs consist of abrasive grain adhered onto the surface of a cloth, film, paper, non-woven or other backing. They are used for metal removal, surface finishing, sanding, etc
Search by Specification | Learn MoreCrushers and mills are used to reduce chemicals, materials or other products to a desired particle or aggregate size range.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreAbrasives and abrasive products are used to remove surface materials such as metal, ceramics, glass, plastics, and paint. Abrasives and abrasive products include discs, belts, blast machines and sandblasters, as well as sheets, rolls, and hand pads.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreAbrasive blast machines and sandblasters clean and prepare surfaces by directing a stream of abrasive particles against a part or a surface.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreIndustrial coatings are thin films deposited upon materials to add or enhance desired properties, such as color, conductivity, corrosion resistance, etc.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreDust collectors are used in many processes to either recover valuable granular solid or powder from process streams or to remove granular solid pollutants from exhaust gases prior to venting to the atmosphere.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreScreeners, classifiers and separators are used to separate materials by particle size.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreSandblasting and shot peening services bombard media against a surface to meet surface condition requirements. Sandblasting uses abrasive grain to roughen, smooth, shape or clean surfaces. Shot peening uses rounded media to strengthen or dimple a surface.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreGrinders and grinding machines use an abrasive that is bonded to a wheel, belt or disc to remove material and improve surface finish.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreFinishing compounds are used to improve surface finish or flatness. They often consist of fine abrasives in slurry, bar, powder or paste forms.

The TOPC – 305III is a multi-purpose testing machine used for laminated woods. These state-of-the-art pressure testers are capable to perform not only the vacuum pressure soak tests but also the cyclic steaming tests of structural laminated lumber. (read more)
It is now common for siding to be factory finished with machine applied coatings. Infratrol has developed a system to force dry these boards and panels using transfer conveyors and high velocity, convected air ovens. The system shown above is designed to process "wood and fiber cement" products with measurements up to a maximum of 48" wide or 24' long or 4" high. A typical system is based upon ... (read more)
Ogura's multiple disk clutches and brakes come in both a dry or "wet" type. The wet (in oil) type can run approximately 3 times faster than that dry type. This is because the oil helps dissipate heat generated at higher RPMs, but you may find it surprising that the wet type can also produce higher operating torque, both statically and dynamically.
