Specialty Solids Processing Equipment

Specialty solids processing equipment includes machines and other devices used in the production of solids and powders. This category includes powder mills, crushers, dryers, agglomeration equipment, compactors and presses.

Specialty solids processing equipment and wear components is used in pharmaceutical, plastics, and chemical manufacturing, as well as in certain recycling applications where materials are dewatered and compressed or pelletized for safe disposal. Many types of equipment such as granulators or compactors also include dryers to finish the material process and prepare it for disposal. Dryers may also be stand alone machines such as belt conveyor dryers or drum dryers.
