Wire Rope Fittings and Cable Fittings

Wire rope and control cable fittings include clips, sleeves, stud ends, eyes, forks, and other hardware used to construct mechanical cable assemblies. Wire rope and control cable fittings are used for motion control and mechanical automation applications. A cable clip is used for attaching network cables to wooden joints and studs. A wire clip should contain a Product Identification Code (PIC). This code on a wire clip is useful in material traceability. A wire rope clip should be galvanized for protecting it from rusting and corrosion. In addition, a wire rope clip should also have red U-BOLT for easy and quick recognition. A wire sleeve is an important element of wire rope and control cable fittings. A wire sleeve is available in different sizes. A wire sleeve is available in 12-tie rap size, 1 feet 9 mm heat shrink tubing, or in 10 feet 1/8 inches sleeving. A wire rope end fitting is classified as 6x7, 8x19, and 6x37. The classification of a wire rope end fitting is done on the basis of strands handled in each rope. Wire rope and control cable fittings are designed and manufactured to meet most industry specifications.
